Have we ever been happier to see a year come to an end? Well, I can’t speak for everyone, but I know that I’m thrilled that 2020 is almost over. Sure, we’ve had some wonderful moments but I’m ready to usher in the new year! And…since we all love a good countdown, today I’m going to share my most popular blog posts for 2020. Let’s get started…

#10 – Spring Nesting – Simple Ideas for Outdoor Spaces
Since many of us entertained outdoors this year, I guess I’m not surprised that my outdoor spaces post made the list. Luckily, we had beautiful weather throughout the spring and summer of 2020…we were definitely thankful for that!

#9 – Buffalo Check Inspired Fall Decor for the Mantel
Since everyone obviously loves buffalo checks, my fall mantel ended up being very popular for 2020. Perhaps, it was so popular due to the super-easy DIY project that I shared.

#8 – A Patriotic Tablescape on the Patio – Celebrate America!
As I mentioned, we spent a ton of time outside in 2020. Once again, I’m happy my outdoor ideas inspired you!

#7 – Simple Valentine’s Day Tablescape with Classic Red
When I decorated my Valentine’s Day table, I went for a very clean, simple look this year.

Even though my simple tablescapes are usually popular, my fancier Christmas one was a hit this year too! For this table, I was inspired by navy plaid and I carried that throughout the table and onto the Christmas tree as well!

For my early fall decorating, I paired navy blue with green hydrangeas through some rooms. It’s amazing how repeating colors in just a few simple vignettes can freshen up a space.

If you read my blog regularly, you know I love blue and white. Needless to say, I was happy to see this mantel on the list. Of course, I can never leave well enough alone so I tried two different looks before deciding on one!

Apparently, many people are having the same dilemma I had a few years ago. Since choosing a floor is such a huge commitment, I hope this blog post helped some readers make their decision.

Yes, another table setting made the list! For this table, I decorated with grocery store flowers and came up with a fun centerpiece. I’m glad so many people seemed to like it!

#1 – How to Transition from Christmas to Winter Decor
So, I guess I’m not the only one who is always looking for ways to transition from season to season. Not only was this blog post popular last January when I wrote it, but it’s been very popular these past few weeks as well. Apparently, everyone is getting ready for a fresh new year! Cheers to that!
