Re-purpose what you have for Easter:

Simple Tablescape ideas…

Last year, I bought the cute bunny banner (above) for my fireplace.  At that time, it worked perfectly with the flowers and greenery on my mantel.  To try something new, I decided to find a different way to display it this year…

This year, I simply untied the knot at the end of the banner and slid each piece off.  I divided up the banner pieces onto each place setting giving the bunny banner a whole new purpose.  Two looks for the price of one!

Try a new location for Easter decorations…

For the past several years, I have been displaying my bunny-on-a-stand on my stove mantel.  This year, I decided to use the bunny for my centerpiece instead.  After all, why spend the money on fresh flowers if you can repurpose accessories?

To add some greenery, I anchored the bunny with some faux palms from my guest bathroom.

Fold the same napkin in a new way…

If you want to save some money, don’t bother buying new napkins each year.  Instead, just make your old ones look a little different.  Last year, I rolled up my pink gingham napkin inside napkin rings… See the full table here.

Even though both years I combined pink and green, the looks are totally different for each Easter tablescape.

Definitely, one of the easiest ways to reuse last year’s decor.  In my opinion, a pink and green combination always works for Easter…or spring!

This Easter, carry the colors through your kitchen…

Last year, I used the pitcher of pink flowers for my centerpiece.  This year, I simply moved the flowers up to the stove mantel for more color.  I’ve actually been moving the flowers around a lot lately…I just tried them on my fireplace mantel as well!
