Corn Casserole Recipe with Cream Cheese and Mushrooms
If you’re looking for a delicious and easy corn casserole recipe, I’ve got a family favorite to share with you today! Not only does this recipe make the perfect side dish, but it would make a great dip if you left off the breadcrumbs. Corn Casserole Recipe with Cream Cheese and Mushrooms:
An easy cheesy corn casserole…

Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) can of cream style corn
- 2 Tablespoons of flour
- 1 (3 ounce) package of cream chees (cubed)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms (drained) or use fresh
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Corn Casserole Recipe with Cream Cheese and Mushrooms:
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix cream style corn and flour.
- Add cubed cream cheese and garlic salt.
- Stir until cheese melts.
- Add whole kernel corn and mushrooms.
- Stir in swiss cheese.
- Place mixture in a 1 quart casserole dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add bread crumbs and toss.
- Top corn mixture with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!

An easy cheesy corn casserole to make as a side dish.
Ingredients

Notes
To make as a dip, leave off the breadcrumbs.
