4th of July Decorating in the Foyer
Have you done any 4th of July decorating in your home yet? Obviously, most of us are celebrating a little differently this year. Even though we won’t be gathering with a bunch of friends this 4th of July holiday, it’s nice to decorate just a bit. Today, I’m sharing my simple 4th of July decor in the foyer to give you some patriotic decorating ideas for your home.

4th of July Decorating in the Foyer:
You can’t go wrong with red roses for the 4th of July…or any time of year for that matter! When I decorated my foyer, I happened to have these roses on hand from my recent wedding anniversary. The roses were a great starting point for my red, white and blue 4th of July decor.
Flags and Farmhouse Decor for the 4th of July:
No need to go overboard when you are decorating for the 4th of July. Even if you just throw in a few inexpensive American flags, you can make your home feel festive. For my foyer vignette, I just added a couple flags to some artificial plants. I set the plants in my go-to galvanized metal containers which definitely have a farmhouse vibe. In fact, the white pitcher has a farmhouse feel to it as well.
To anchor the pieces, I spread out a blue and white grain-sack table runner…another simple farmhouse touch.
The table runner definitely softens and brightens up the wood tabletop.
Since my foyer table is a bit ornate, adding simple decor to the top helps tone it down.
And you can’t get much simpler than classic red, white and blue! No need to spend all day decorating…After all, you probably have some hamburgers to grill!
I hope I inspired you to do some 4th of July decorating this year!
