About #9, it's not just about eye strain, blue light actually affects your sleep cycle! There's real 100% science behind it (sleepxp.com). I've used both the glasses and a blue light filter on my phone. Along with stopping electronic usage an hour before bed (best effort…hehe) my sleep has approved. Totally worth looking into.
