Too funny. If I had that book, I would be a mess. I would have every disease in the book. Have a great week, Shelley.
I am dying over here! LOL Seriously though…my entire family would agree we need to buy that book for my mother!!
Hahaha! Thanks for the chuckle this morning. I think I am going to buy that first book as a joke for someone in my house (cough – middle son- cough) this year. Have a great week, Shelley!
This is so funny, but you know . . . these are some great ideas!
Hahaha! Oh my gosh, I don't know how I ended up on your blog, but this title caught my eye. Hysterical. That said, there are seriously some great ideas, but not that book. That would be worse than Google for me! 😉 Happy Holidays!!
Great post and great suggestions on how we can keep ourselves healthy!!!
Aren't all men verging on the edge of hypochondria? This really made me laugh! I am posting on my facebook page!!
About #9, it's not just about eye strain, blue light actually affects your sleep cycle! There's real 100% science behind it (sleepxp.com). I've used both the glasses and a blue light filter on my phone. Along with stopping electronic usage an hour before bed (best effort…hehe) my sleep has approved. Totally worth looking into.
I have that Air Purifier! It greatly helps my lung congestion!!! But I’m generally not hypochondriacal…. however, I am surrounded by several…..
Those air purifiers are great! And I happen to be a bit of a hypochondriac so this list was so easy for me to write!
