I’m Dreaming of a Pink Christmas (Simple Pink and Green Table Setting)
Who says you have to decorate with traditional colors at Christmas? After years of using the same colors year after year, I thought it would be fun to try some different ones. So, I started rummaging through my Christmas accessories, and decided on a new color scheme. Today, I’ll show you my simple pink and green Christmas table setting!

Simple Pink and Green Christmas Table:
As a mom of boys, I could use some more pink in my house…
Basically, it all started when I found these lime green hounds tooth place mats on sale at Pier One…
Yes, they look a little sage-y in this picture but they are actually more lime green…
Anyway, I was going to save them for spring and use them on the deck. But then I thought, wait a minute, these would look great with a hot pink scarf from my closet. Since I love pink and green together, this color combo was a no brainer for me. After all, if I added some sparkly ornaments, I could actually make pink work for Christmas…
Since the downstairs rooms in my house are warmer colors, I had a hard time figuring out where to “stage” my little card table.
In this spot, I like the look of the white french doors in the background. So, I placed the table in the game room leading into the living room. The walls are green (not lime) but it seemed like a good place.
Anyway, it was also sunny that morning so I was able to get some natural light. Just ignore the fact that I have no chairs set up at my little prop of a table!
Too bad my plates are not as white as the napkins, but hey, you work with what you have!
Just a few glass ornaments and some sparkle tie the colors together…
So, what do you think? Is the pink and green table Christmasy enough?
If pink isn’t your color choice for Christmas, here are a few other Christmas table to inspire you!
