  1. I’m a big fan of coastal style and had fun decorating my apartment in Florida. I had one rule though – no tacky flamingos! I am quite tempted to anonymously send your link of how to be great guests to my friend and her husband, who were the most difficult guests we’ve ever had. A two-night visit seemed like an eternity, and included sandy sneakers on my kitchen counter,a trail of mess everywhere, and oh, yes, a midnight trip to the vet because they left a chocolate-covered power bar on the floor in their room. Don’t ask! I do feel better now that I’ve vented all of that!

    1. Oh Amy – that’s hilarious! Though, it probably wasn’t at the time! And yes, I agree with the flamingos…lol!
