Wine Country Mantel
After the holidays, I like to freshen up my fireplace mantel. This year, I decorated my mantel in wine country style!
Here is the before:
Kind of boring…I really would love to paint that mantel too! Or maybe even completely redo my fireplace!
So, I removed all the everyday decor and hung some wine bottle artwork…
And here you have the after…
Here’s a closer look at just the mantel…
Originally, I had the wine picture in another room. As always, it’s fun to shop the house!
To keep some greenery, I left the topiaries from the previous mantel decor.
So where is the Caribbean influence in all this?…
There is none…sometimes there is no “Calypso”, just “Country”!
But at least the white makes it feel kind of springy!
**As you can tell by the date, this is an old post and we have remodeled our fireplace since then! Stop over to Island Dreaming Mantel to see the fireplace and a more recent spring version!
Have you added many spring touches to your home?
So pretty! Love the wine print … and all of your white, Spring-y touches are beautiful! Thanks for sharing, Becca (I'm your newest follower!)www.adventuresindecorating1.blogspot.com
Good Job Shelly, pretty!
Love it. The wine picture is wonderful and the addition of all the white and topiaries are gorgeous. Very well done. Thanks so much for joining TTT. Hugs, Marty
