Rosie’s Vacation
We weren’t the only ones who had a vacation last week! Our darling doggie had a holiday of her own! The first half of her week was spent at the kennel. The second half of her week was spent with my niece and her two dogs and one cat… who all LOVE Rosie! They had…
Emerging from the Storm
Quite the stormy week around here… We began with a delayed school opening on Monday. Then the big storm hit Wednesday night and school was called off for Thursday. The kids (and the dog) were in the backyard playing in the snow by 8:30 am. Rosie could have stayed out there all day! And I…

Easy Recipe the Kids Will Eat
This time of the year is so crazy with the summer winding down and school starting in a couple weeks. I have an old standby, one dish recipe that I make when I can’t concentrate enough to be creative with recipes. It’s easy, you can make substitutions, AND my kids eat it! Hot Chicken Salad…

Due to the heat earlier in the week, Rosie spent a lot of time indoors enjoying the air conditioning and cold tile floor… and her toys. She gathers them up to sleep just like my younger son does at bedtime! With the high temperatures, it was hard to be outside working on the Invisible Fence…

I actually chose two… I chose one for being pretty…
No I actually don't…..She has her own bed and she has never tried to get up on my furniture. Rosie is getting so big. She looks just like my sister's Dog Kelsey!Have a wonderful weekend!
We don't let Alfie on the furniture. He does stick his chin on the bed every morning, but he has never gotten up on the furniture (that I know of!).
Are you kidding. Of course we do. Bailey gets on it all.
Of course!!They are my sons!
My big dog is not allowed on the furniture. Little dog hops on the couch. I wish long ago I had stopped that! 🙂
We don't, but she gets to sleep on the bed on top of her blankie that gets washed every week! What can I say…. 🙂
Awww . . . how can you resist that face??? I wasn't going to let our new pup, Xena, on the furniture either, but when she's looking up with that cuddly look, I have to give in.Thanks for sharing!
What a cutie! Love watching her grow up.
