Four Mantels for Fall
With the calendar flipped over to September, I suddenly feel the urge to update my mantel for fall!
Although I have no idea what I am doing with my mantel this year, I thought I would recap some fall mantels from previous years…
2012 Design
2011 Design #1
(There were three attempts that year)
2011 Design #2
2011 Design #3
(This one was the winner for 2011)
Now I just need to come up with something for this year…
Have you started your fall decorating yet?
These are all lovely. I guess it's time to start thinking about decorating for fall. Thanks for the inspiration.Your blogging sister, Connie 🙂
I cannot wait to decorate for Halloween & Fall. Great mantles.
You have a great sense of style and space! LOVE the last mantel!
I would have voted for #1 or #3; they are both very pretty!
I love them all and no, I haven't thought about decorating yet! I guess halloween stuff will go up in less than a month!
Shelly- I have not started yet, it only makes christmas come that much earlier!:)
I just finished up my mantle last night and am putting the post together for this weekend! Your ideas are great! I like #1 the best. PLEASE, PLEASE share your great ideas at my new link party, Stylish Friday Finds! My readers would love to see it.http://www.astylishinterior.com/2013/09/new-link-party-stylish-friday-finds.html
Love both years. Simple but with the perfect color combo. looking forward to your design for this year!
Very nice. I love fall decorating.
There is something so welcoming about a Fall Mantle.
Shelley, I love the layers of these four looks. No, I have not started yet. Still hot here.
I like the 3rd one too! It's still too hot here in Florida, but I'm starting to do a little bit, only for blogging purposes. My girls are freaking out because I have a huge black spider on the wall and it is early September! Thanks for linking up to the DIY Sunday Showcase.
I am loving the fall themes, what great inspiration! I can't wait – it's supposed to cool off where I am, but we're still in the mid-90's and I'm dying to wear sweaters. It's not working for me.
I just discovered your blog after searching fall mantels. So many great looks! I like the leaf garland draped over the mirror. Thanks for the recap and inspirations.Cheers,LoiTone on Tone
Love this post! I pinned it to my Autumn board and I featured you at this week's Grace at Home party. Thanks so much for linking up! 🙂
Thank you SO much! I am honored!
I really noticed your use of black on these mantels and it made of the autumn colors pop. Thanks for the inspiration.Traci
