Simple Backyard Deck Ideas (to Enjoy the Outdoors)
I know it’s only March but as spring approaches, I am already looking forward to using our deck again!
(All these photos are from previous years but they are making me look forward to the warmer weather…)
I can’t wait to relax out there sipping a glass of wine…
Or to admire flowers I haven’t yet killed…(Maybe this year I will develop a green thumb!)
Or to spend time with my darling Rosie out there…
It will be wonderful to dine alfresco…
And to start using the grill again…
I always picture a lovely scene like this when I think of grilling.
Yet, my husband always seems to remember these days…
Poor guy. He is such a trooper though!
I think we can both agree, that we don’t want it to look like this for a long time…
It was one crazy winter around here!
What are your plans for outdoor living this spring?

I am feeling it too! That picture of the wine and deck–makes it even more desirable! It won't be long.
Yes, yes and yes! It is going to be a warm week, so I meal planned around the grill. However, sprucing up the porch and such has to wait until we get through our awful pollen season!!!

We have been using our outdoor spaces for well over a month now, & savor every minute because we know it will all too soon be too hot. I hope you get to spend time on your deck very soon!Hugs,Carol
We got 10+ inches of snow last week and today it's 70 degrees, go figure. The temptation is great to clean the deck, fire up the grill and pull out my potting supplies but I know better. Michigan doesn't give up on winter that easily. Fingers crossed!
We have had spring temps since the end of January sadly enough. It is suppose to be 87 on Sunday here so I really wish winter would have come and staid here in SE Texas.
